  1. I like using a boulder size marble in each arm pit (inside your shirt, so the flesh is in contact). Start by just walking around the house doing normal activities while holding the marbles in place to get the feel, then do short swings before trying a full swing. Any 3/4 to 1″ sphere will do.

  8. Awesome drill Dave I always feel loose and my timing alone has gotten me round the golf golf, but now doing this drill I am starting to feel some consistency in my shots. But my swing feels tight and compact, are these the correct feels?

  17. I glad you understand how much connection can help the overall mechanics of your swing liltul. I have a look at your swing and it looks pretty good, what i would say if you wanted to continuing improving you should work on starting the downswing with the lower half of your body rather than altogether. You would develop much more power and probably more accuracy. There’s a video on our page that demonstrates this move called Sequencing the swing Elite Video. Laterz
