What would such an explanation look like?
I know this may seem strange or even silly to some people but observe the
posture of a Gorilla at ease. They are relaxed but ready to spring.
Additionally watch a wide receiver in Football or a Tennis player getting
in posture. These things are repeated throughout sports and in nature and
it is the most important fundamental of Golf mechanics…
all well and good – but how to maintain and fix any spine issues?
just about anyone knows the importance of staying in posture, but how to do
it is another thing. some people can’t do it physically because of weak
hamstrings or lower back issues
@oldschoolnewshit check out his other video on golf posture drill….
The reason the amateur loses posture is because he starts with his weight
on his heals and as he swings back he leans forward to get in a position of
balance
Do you realize that all you said in this video is that you should stay in
your spine angle but you said nothing about how to actually do that…?
The amateur swing looks like mines. He didn’t make a lateral move towards
the target and got stuck and forced to compensate his posture. I know
because I’m trying to get rid of that.
Comparing amateurs with pros, not enough of it. Too many silly examples,
not enough actual one on one comparisons. Thank you.
I think maintaing the tush line is really important.
I just think that he gets in such a good position at the top of his
backswing that maybe if he started with his weight a little bit more on the
balls of his feet which will naturally increase the spine angle he would
easily stay in that new posture position.
the guy never said how to actually stay in proper posture…I thought that
was what this video was supposed to actually show. No?
So … where is the tip on how to?
